This site is a pre-launch landing page. We collect almost nothing. Here is the complete list.

What we collect

• Your email address, only when you submit the early-access form.
• One optional sentence ("what you wish a skincare app actually did"), if you choose to fill it in.
• Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit), kept by Netlify for security and rate-limiting. Logs are deleted after 30 days.

What we don't collect

• No cookies. No analytics. No tracking pixels. No Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, nothing.
• No third-party scripts that profile you. Only Google Fonts is loaded (for the typeface), which means Google sees your IP when fonts load. We may self-host fonts later to remove this dependency.
• No selfies, no photos, no skin data. The product is not built yet.

Where it lives

Your email is stored in Netlify Forms, hosted in the EU and US. Netlify is GDPR-compliant. We do not export your email to any other system unless we send you an update (max one per month) using a privacy-first email tool like Buttondown.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the project ends. If we decide not to build the app (because we didn't get enough signups), we will email you once to tell you, and then delete the list within 30 days.

How to delete your data

Email bryan@sparkd-agency.com with the subject "Delete my Honest Skin signup". We will delete your email within 7 days and confirm. No questions, no friction.

Your GDPR rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). The controller is Bryan Linke, Netherlands.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything, we'll update this page and email everyone on the list. We won't change it quietly.
